Changes to your study program
Good afternoon everyone,
I think it
is very interesting to address and point out this topic, because often the
opinion of us as students is not taken into consideration, since we are the
main agents of education, it is passed on to academics and other professionals
who see it very from outside. They devise study plans without taking our
opinion into account.
I am a
student in Early Childhood Education and at this moment we are mobilized,
partly because of this, because in the feminist take of last year, we wrote a
petition which was not taken into consideration by the education department,
implementing some patch solutions, which Soon they were discarded because in
practice they were more of a problem.
In my
career there are several shortcomings, but I consider that one of the most important
and that has not had a solution is the subject of pedagogical practices. All
the semesters since the beginning of the race we have practices in different
gardens, these practices are changing as we advance the race, increasing the
difficulty based on the knowledge we are acquiring with a more professional
role.
In these
practices there is no real accompaniment model, where the student receives a
proactive feedback, but rather focuses only on the final evaluation and not on
the process, so many times we don't know if we are doing things right, if what
we see in the gardens is correct or not, how can we make a self-criticism in these situations that make us noise?
This is one
of the issues that most attracts my attention and that I would like to improve
in my career.
Thank you.
What a big issue the "practicum" I think it has always been the part left aside, but we all know it is crucial for the professional growth, it's sad it doesn't work as it should
